🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
When you enter your shipping address at checkout, our system will automatically generate a shipping quote based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
In most cases, this quote will cover all shipping costs. However, if any additional charges or logistical issues arise (for example, remote delivery surcharges or complex customs arrangements), we’ll contact you directly after checkout to confirm the final arrangements and discuss any shortfall before dispatch.
We always aim to make international orders as smooth and transparent as possible, and we’re happy to provide custom shipping quotes on request for larger or specialist items.
🔄 Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you’re dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return.
- If the return is due to damage, fault, or an error on our part, we’ll reimburse all shipping costs in full.
- If the return is for any other reason (for example, a change of mind), the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued promptly.
We always aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied — if you have any concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before returning your item.
đź’° How does VAT apply to your items?
Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme.
This means that no input tax has been, or will be, claimed by us in respect of the goods sold, and therefore VAT cannot be reclaimed by the buyer.
In cases where standard VAT has been applied to an item, this will be clearly stated in the product description, and a VAT invoice will be available upon request.
