Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Anthony & Co. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase made through our online shop, we’re here to help.

This Refund & Returns Policy applies only to items purchased online via the official Anthony & Co. website. For purchases made through third-party platforms (such as eBay), please refer to the relevant platform’s policy or contact us directly for further assistance.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will then inform you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card). Refunds are processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If applicable, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is returned with obvious signs of use.

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges

Due to the nature of our pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind items, we only offer exchanges if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email ollie@berrybrook.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

Please wait for further instructions before returning any goods.

If your exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same item where possible. If a replacement is not available, we will discuss alternative options with you.

Please note that, depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
