1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within one working day of receipt.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends, public bank holidays, or during any advertised closure periods.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Dispatch times refer to the time taken to send your order and do not include delivery time.
2. UK Shipping
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce using tracked services.

3. International Shipping
We ship to the UK, the EU, and selected international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will not be able to complete checkout.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.
4. Customs, VAT & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT.
However, international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
If applicable, the shipping carrier will contact you directly regarding payment of these charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Shipping & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, if the item is defective or incorrectly supplied).
