An early model Lineshaft accessory, believed to be produced by a German manufacturer, such as Doll, but sold by the British firm, Bowman, in the 1920s. Fitted with numerous flywheels and secured on a red tinplate, pressed base. Some age-related wear but makes for a great collectors’ item nonetheless.
