An original Elliott Bros Steam Engine Indicator encased in wooden box with metal inset plaque bearing original owner's name, "W. Menzies, Esq.", inscribed on outer lid. And inside lid still bears the label of the original distributor, "T. B. Winter Manufacturer of Mathematical, Nautical, Philosophical and Optical Instruments". Sought after indicator and rare to find with provenance still attached. Appears mostly complete, with the possibility of one spring missing.
