A fascinating Universal Discharger/ Exciter, possibly produced by Henley. Likely early twentieth century and is made from brass, wood and glass. Henley’s universal excitator was an instrument dedicated to demonstrating the effects of electricity on small objects, including living beings, placed between the two electrodes on the platform.
